CPR and First Aid Training
“A link between Life and Death”
First Aid can be as simple as putting a plaster on a cut or at the other end of the scale it can be dealing with a choking person or performing CPR in an effort to save a loved one’s life. Most CPR is performed on a loved one. You may learn your First Aid for work purposes and end up using it at home.
Life Aiders offer First Aid courses to suit your needs. We offer informal classes for parents, certified one day refresher courses and 3 day occupational First Aid courses for childcare workers or businesses.
We also offer Heartsaver CPR and AED training which while valid for everyone is of particular interest to sports clubs and schools. Remember an AED can improve the chances of survival by 50% if used within 5 minutes of the person going into cardiac arrest.
Our classes include the use of DVDs and power point presentations to enhance your learning experience. We have ample supply of First Aid manikins (both adult and infant) to ensure that all class participants get plenty of hands on practice in all aspects of CPR. We want all our participants to leave their course feeling both competent and confident in their ability to use first aid.
We can modify our courses to suit your needs. So please call us if you have a specific area that you would like the course to focus on.
Courses can be provided on site in your premises or in an alternative facility according to your preferences.

The Fire Warden training course provides the participants with the knowledge of what to do in a fire emergency.Legally employees are required to have in place an Emergency Evacuation Plan that ensures all employees can evacuate a building quickly and safely. It is the Fire Warden’s responsibility to put this plan into action in case of an emergency.
